Midday

Evening

Our body repairs and regenerates cells overnight. It is, therefore, vital to nourish your body with a calorie-dense nutrient-rich Almased shake in the evening, preferably 2-3 hours before bedtime. This way, you can set your body up with ideal nutrient conditions leading to better sleep quality and optimal metabolism.

Week 2 - 4

For the next three weeks, you drink two Almased shakes for diabetes daily and eat a healthy meal, preferably low-carb and at lunchtime.

Eat a balanced well-portioned meal that includes lean proteins like chicken, fish, turkey, or beans, plenty of leafy vegetables like a salad, and a small portion of whole grains such as brown rice and whole-wheat pasta or bread.

Week 5 - 12

Meal replacement as needed
