At 71 years old, staying active and keeping healthy had become my number one goal. I have two grown daughters and want to have the energy to enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy yoga and doing stretches to help keep my body strong, but after hearing about Almased in many different magazines, I decided to research it to see if Almased would be beneficial to my goals of a healthy lifestyle.
When I read how Almased was developed by Hubertus Trouillé who had a passion for holistic science, it really peaked my interest. I also heard how it gives you energy and began thinking this product may really work well for me.
I felt comfortable using Almased from the very start and like the flavor on its own. I usually just mix it with unsweetened Almond milk and olive oil. I found Almased to be very quick and easy to use and have used it as a meal replacement 3 times daily along with lots of water.
When I had questions concerning the Almased diet, I have called Almased and went to their website and social media page for support and have had all my questions answered. My family and friends have been a great support system for me and I have recommended Almased to them as well.
Because of the inflammation, I have experienced through the years, I have found it hard to walk or exercise. When using Almased, I do not experience the inflammation as much and find walking more bearable and easier to do. I also like the added energy I have when using Almased.
When I see my weight start to creep up, I start the Almased fast until I lose the 8-10 pounds I want to get off and then go back to the Paleo diet (or, eating healthy). It is a big part of maintaining my weight and keeps me feeling healthy and I will keep incorporating Almased into my diet even when doing the Paleo diet.
I would also like to note that although many may consider Almased to be on the expensive side, I feel the benefits of weight loss, feeling healthy and energized definitely outweigh the cost - especially when you consider it is a meal replacement as well, which saves money on meals that no longer need to be purchased.
