Weight Loss Shake Recipe: Raspberry Lemon

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt 1.5% fat (approx. 50 g)

  • 12 oz almond milk (unsweetened). Adjust liquid based on the portion of Almased.

  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice

  • Cinnamon and turmeric to taste (because of the anti-inflammatory effect

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly puree raspberries, yogurt, water, lemon juice, cinnamon, turmeric and linseed oil in a shaker.
  2. Add Almased, shake vigorously and enjoy ice-cold.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fiber, which naturally supports digestion.
