Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 2 oz bacon
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 2 salmon steaks (5 oz each)
- lemon juice, salt, pepper
- 2 slices whole wheat toast
Preparation
Fry bacon in skillet. Cut zucchini and carrots in small pieces. Take bacon out of skillet and steam vegetables in bacon fat. Season salmon steaks and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Put steaks on parchment paper and top them with vegetables. Lift edges of the parchment paper and roll them in so that it forms a package. Put salmon package on the baking sheet and bake at 350-395ºF for about 20 minutes. Serve with whole wheat toast.
