Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 6 slices ham (3.5 oz)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 glass glass pickled beets (12 oz drained weight)
- salt
- paprika
Preparation
Put ham on bread slices. Fry eggs sunny side up in 1 tsp of oil. Season eggs with salt and paprika and top bread with egg. Drain pickled beets and drizzle with 1 tsp of oil. Serve beets with open-face sandwich.
