Weight Loss Shake Recipe: Golden Latte

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 tbsp Almased Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 8 fl oz oat or almond milk with 4 fl oz cold coffee or 10 fl oz oat or almond milk with 2 fl oz expresso (cooled)

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Pour ice cold coffee into a shaker cup with the oat or almond milk. Then add Almased, turmeric, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Shake until blended then pour into a glass and enjoy!
