Muscle Building Shake Recipe: Carrot Cake

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 12 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

In a blender, combine Almased, liquid and other ingredients. You may add ice, if desired. Blend until smooth and enjoy right away.
