Ingredients (for 1 person)

8 fl oz oat or almond milk with 4 fl oz cold coffee or 10 fl oz oat or almond milk with 2 fl oz expresso (cooled)

1 tsp caramel extract

4 ice cubes
Preparation
Brew the Coffee or Espresso:
- Prepare 4 fl oz of coffee or 2 fl oz of espresso using your preferred method (drip, French press, or espresso machine).
- Allow the coffee or espresso to cool completely. For quicker cooling, place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes or add a few ice cubes and stir until chilled.
Prepare the Shake Base:
- In a blender, pour oat or almond milk according to your chosen coffee ratio.
- Add the cooled coffee or espresso to the blender.
Add the Flavor & Nutrition:
- Mix in 1 tsp caramel extract for a rich caramel taste.
- Add 8 tbsp of Almased Original Protein Powder to the blender or shaker bottle
Blend & Serve:
- Add 4 ice cubes for a chilled, creamy texture.
- Blend on high speed or shake in shaker bottle for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
