Weight Loss Shake Recipe: Caramel Latte

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 tbsp Almased Protein Powder (Original)

  • 8 fl oz oat or almond milk with 4 fl oz cold coffee or 10 fl oz oat or almond milk with 2 fl oz expresso (cooled)

  • 1 tsp caramel extract 

  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Brew the Coffee or Espresso:

  • Prepare 4 fl oz of coffee or 2 fl oz of espresso using your preferred method (drip, French press, or espresso machine).
  • Allow the coffee or espresso to cool completely. For quicker cooling, place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes or add a few ice cubes and stir until chilled.

Prepare the Shake Base:

  • In a blender, pour oat or almond milk according to your chosen coffee ratio.
  • Add the cooled coffee or espresso to the blender.

Add the Flavor & Nutrition:

  • Mix in 1 tsp caramel extract for a rich caramel taste.
  • Add 8 tbsp of Almased Original Protein Powder to the blender or shaker bottle

Blend & Serve:

  • Add 4 ice cubes for a chilled, creamy texture.
  • Blend on high speed or shake in shaker bottle for about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Enjoy!

  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of caramel syrup for extra flavor.
