Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 8 Tbsp Almased
- 8 oz tomato juice
- 4 oz water
- 1 medium celery stalk
- 1/8 lemon
- 1/4 lime
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 drops TABASCO® or heat to taste
- 6 ice cubes
Preparation
First, wash celery stalk. Then trim off large white section of celery stalk and discard. Using a chef's knife, slice celery stalk into 1/2" pieces. Add celery stalk, tomato juice, ice cubes and Almased into a blender. Next, slice lemon and lime and squeeze the juices into the blender. Blend for 10 seconds. Add ground black pepper and hot sauce to taste. Blend for another 5 seconds, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
